Today we’re reviewing an edible from a company called Bliss.
Their tropical assorted gummies come in 3 flavours including blue raspberry, guava and pineapple. You get 15 candies with each containing 20mg of THC (300mg total) in the natural flavours mentioned above. This marks our first experience with the company Bliss so we’re curious about what they have to offer.

Smell
The Tropical Assorted THC Gummies from Bliss arrived in a tin container with a top that can be twisted and locked. We popped open the lid, however did not detect any type of fruity smell. Since each candy is coated in powered sugar, we actually found the aroma of sugar cubes to be the strongest.
Appearance
Brightly coloured cubed gummies that have been dipped in powered sugar. As Bliss had described there is 3 flavours and therefore 3 colours – yellow, blue and pink. We hope they taste as good as they look!
Flavour
We are certain that if you did a blind taste test of these tropical treats you’d say two things: all three colours taste the same and you can tell there’s something more then just sugar in there – we found if you sucked on the gummies for any length of time the sugary sweet disappeared and what was left was not great. So we recommend eating these quickly.
Experience
Understanding the your own tolerance level is key to the correct dosage. Case in point: We tried 2 pieces at first (each piece as 20mg of THC, thus 2=40mg) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and after 2 hours felt nothing. Next attempt was 4 pieces and after two hours, there was something but almost nothing – akin to having a puff of a low THC joint – you know you should feel something but are surprised at just how little you feel it.
NOTE: We learned something we’d like to share. Quick edibles dosage math for everyone: We smoke cannabis daily in the range of 20-30% THC/Gram. 1 gram of cannabis with 20% THC is equal to 1000mg of bud with 200mg of that is being THC. We only took 2 Bliss gummies (2x20mg) 40 mg (4% THC/Gram), and 80mg (8%) respectively.
If you have a higher THC tolerance you might want to try strong gummies. But if you’re looking for something a bit lighter then you might enjoy this product from Bliss.
