Collins Ave is a hybrid strain that was created when Kush Mints 11 was crossed with GSI before being crossed a final time with KS11.
This potent flower is the result of a collaboration between Cookies and Florida rapper Rick Ross. The cannabis artisans at Mabel Company have hand-rolled each of the blunts in the five-pack and they feel just fancy enough to give you that living the high life vibe.

Smell
The all-natural hemp wrap had a strong, earthy tone upon opening the individual wrapper. There were subtle floral notes from the weed itself, backed by a strong, creamy yogurt-like scent, and a punchy diesel kick to cap it all off. It smelled about how you would expect a quality blunt to smell: really good.
Appearance
Beautifully hand-rolled with reusable glass tips, the outward appearance of each blunt looked to be a product of structural perfection. They contained one gram of full flower with no trim, and the open tips showed off the beautiful dark green and purple-ish tones of the bud itself, as well as all the white trichomes and orange pistils nestled within. Judging by outward appearance and craftsmanship alone, you would definitely expect these blunts to be a decadent experience.
Flavour
The initial flavor upon lighting up was dark and rich from the natural hemp skin wrapped around the outside of the bud, giving way to a strong gassy taste from the potent flower within. There was a light lavender edge present, with heaps of the tart cream and yogurt profile that Collins Ave is known for, sprinkled with a subtle amount of grape and a smooth buttery finish. If there’s a recipe somewhere for this flavor combination, I need to get a copy.
Experience
This hybrid definitely has a strong indica-dominant lean to it, with a THC level at around 24%. Instantly relaxing and mildly euphoric, the buzz from the first few hits was quite palpable, sending a light tingling sensation running down my spine before giving way to a full-blown body high that was equal parts relaxing and mood-lifting. I quickly forgot about the cares of the day and sank into the couch beneath me, becoming one with the floor, while my mind went on a temporary beach vacation, eventually floating back down into the reality of the living room. I got really high, then I got really stuck, and I still have no idea where this pink plastic flamingo came from.
