This strain is known to deliver an uplifting experience without overpowering burn out which means it’s a great hybrid for day to day use. Sour Kush typically has dense buds, bight green leaves, orange hairs with a frosty layer of trichomes.

Good Supply’s Sour Kush arrived in a medium sized bright green bag with resealable zipper top. Once opened, we detected a moderately strong aroma of sour lemons mixed with fresh pine. An interesting combination for sure, but not very strong in terms of kick.
Good Supply’s Sour Kush strain looks okay. The buds were bone dry and had a few large stemmy pieces. For the most part they were popcorn size or smaller, very compact and dense which meant it was pretty easy to break up. The brightness of the green matches its bag and comes with light brown hairs that blended into with the buds. Trichomes were visible but not appear very plentiful.
Sour Kush certainly does have a distinct flavour. Literally our first toke started with a piercing strong pine note before turning into a sour citrus, kinda like a yellow sour key, finishing with more of a straight lemony end. The flavour was definitely stronger but the smoke itself was harsh. If Good Supply included a moisture shield inside the bag it would make a huge difference. It’s hard to enjoy the flavour and award a high score when you’re consistently coughing from the harsh smoke.
Given this product was listed under 20% THC and is very affordably priced, we knew it was not going to knock us off our feet. However Sour Kush from Good Supply delivered a very mild mental high which felt uplifting and a bit energizing combined with a body buzz that provided a mild sense of relaxation. All in all this is what you’d expect from this strain so if you’re looking for Sour Kush then this product is one to check out. Just be prepared for very dry buds a a rather harsh smoke. In terms of competitors, we liked Good Supply’s version more then Divvy’s Sour Kush but not as much as Sour Kush by DOJA.
