QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION
The quality of this product is what you’d expect when you pay a couple of dollars for something.
Made from a clay compound and lasting several years, there’s very little to complain about when it comes to quality of construction. The humidifying stone is shaped like a clay disc approximately the size of a quarter except maybe 3 or 4 times as thick. It’s exact dimensions were 30mm diameter and 6mm height.
EASE OF USE
You can use this product a few ways depending on how much moisture you plan on adding back into the bud. The first option is to simply add 2 or 3 drops of water to the stone as this will produce a more reserved amount of moisture compared to running the stone under the tap so it absorbs as much water as possible. You’ll see that the moment a drop of water hits the surface it’s absorbed nearly immediately.
We recommend adding just a few drops because adding too much moisture can be just as bad as not having enough.
OVERALL VALUE
Greengo’s Humidifying Stone is available online for between $3 and $4 per unit which is reasonable when you factor in the re-usability.
In addition to their low cost, these stones are made to be used hundreds of times so in theory there shouldn’t be a need to replace it for many years as long as you take care of it. When you consider the price, product lifetime and how nice it is to convert bone dry bud into something more enjoyable it an easy decision to grab one of these just to have it on hand.
