We’ve had some great experiences with Black Cherry Punch strains and have really enjoyed the products offered by Ness so we were thrilled to merge these into one review.
Ness Black Cherry Punch is described as having a flavourful swirl of terpenes, including linalool, limonene and fenchol which produce a sweet, citrusy and earthy taste. The strain is known for dark green buds, bright orange pistils and a thick coating of trichomes. So how does it compare to the versions offered by Edison or Redecan?
Smell
Ness does again! The moment we opened the bag a lovely fruity berry aroma poured out and filled the room. The smell was quite nice but not the strongest Black Cherry Punch product we’ve reviewed.
Appearance
A picture really is worth a thousand words. Black Cherry Punch from ~ness looks gorgeous. The buds are dark green wand purple with a glistening layer of snowy trichomes. Plus, the pistils are fiery orange just like they described. Mmm says it all.
Flavour
Given the strong smell and beautiful appearance, we were expecting a strong flavorful smoke and were not disappointed. The flavour comes to bear with a strong earthy, sweet berry taste. So far Black Cherry Punch from ~ness is hitting all the marks, but is it a knock out?
Experience
Up to now this product looked to be achieving legendary status. We were extremely impressed, however it’s not a knockout. The experience was be mildly strong but nowhere near like we expected. This bud checks all the boxes and presents like a dominant performer, but in the end we found the buzz somewhat disappointing and disappeared pretty quick. Not bad, but you you can find better versions of Black Cherry Punch.
