Tam Tams Strawberry Guava is an indica-dominant hybrid that was created when Papaya was crossed with Strawberry Banana.
Most users describe this strain as having a flavour profile that is sweet and fruity with a similarity to strawberries. Combined this with its light green buds with bright orange hairs and it becomes apparent why so many people are fans of this cultivar. Smell
The product came packaged in an industry standard black plastic container. Upon opening the lid there is a wonderfully sweet strawberry drink powder aroma that is immediately present. The dominant terpenes include limonene and caryophyllene so we hope the taste is on the same level as the smell!
Appearance
Emptying the contents of the container, many of the buds are small in size however the brightness of the colours easily compensates. The buds themselves are spongy while still being dense. No doubt this cannabis looked nice as it had lots of bright green leaves coupled with equally bright orange pistil hairs and a moderate amount of crystals. Even though the trichome layer wasn’t thick it still did a nice job accenting the bright colours.
Flavour
One of the reasons we love what we do is when we come across a product that is quite enjoyable like this one. As we test lots of products, the more we test the clearer and more difficult it becomes to find really good stuff. We cut up some, rolled a joint and immediately thought Tam Tam had done an excellent job with their Strawberry Guava strain as it tasted great. The wonderfully sweet strawberry aroma initially notice has carried through to the flavour profile. Having enjoyed this in a joint and a bong, the strawberry aspect is strong and simply great!
Experience
Our container was labelled as part of lot number 202209-2172 with a package date of October 4, 2022. Listed with 26.7% THC content and a price tag of $34.95 for 3.5 grams, we found this bud to be very pleasing. We can best describe the experience as a mild mental relaxing calm joined with a mild heavy eyes feeling. Definitely not overpowering and suitable given the strength of the other profiles like smell and flavour. However this one is worth checking out if you’re trying to pick a new strain and enjoy the smell and taste of strawberries, you’ll very likely to enjoy this one.
