This glistening indica boasts a potent blend of beta-Caryophyllene, delta-Limonene, and beta-Myrcene terpenes, resulting in a flavour profile that’s both sweet and sour. Expect notes of berries and grape candy in this strain with high levels of THC and CBG.

Tommy’s Craft Cannabis has opted for a plastic spice-style container to store their flower, which is easy to open using the pinch technique. Upon removing the lid, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant surprise: the moderately strong aroma of Grape Galena. The strain had a distinct scent of grape juice from a drink box that was refreshing and unique compared to more common strain aromas. As we started to grind the buds so we could roll a joint, the aroma became even stronger, taking us by surprise with its intensity. The aroma of Grape Galena is one of its standout features, and it’s sure to delight anyone who appreciates a sweet and fruity scent.
Tommy’s Craft Cannabis has packaged their Grape Galena strain in a simple and sleek all-black plastic container. The front label displays essential product information, including the brand name, product name, and THC and CBD levels. What sets this label apart, however, is the inclusion of terpene percentages and dominant terpenes, giving consumers an idea of what to expect in terms of aroma and flavor. Meanwhile, the back label provides additional information, such as the weight of the product, packaged date, lot number, and contact details.
When we opened the container, we noticed the lack of a humidity shield, which was a bit disappointing. However, pouring out the contents revealed impressive buds. Ranging in size from tiny to medium, the buds were heavily coated in a thick layer of white trichomes that sparkled like snow in the light. Bright orange hairs peeked out from between the trichomes, and the buds were expertly trimmed, revealing dark green leaves with purple specks. The only drawback we noticed was the dryness of the product, resulting in some shake. Despite this, we were excited to test the strain, as its aroma had already piqued our interest.
We find that hand-rolled joints made of hemp paper are a great way to test the products we consume, and that was certainly true for Grape Galena. Once we had the joint rolled up and lit, we were struck by how strong the grape juice aroma was in the flavour profile. The grape taste was prominent on both inhale and exhale, with a delightful sweetness that lingered on the tongue. We also detected a subtle earthy undertone that was mostly noticeable on exhale, adding a pleasant complexity to the overall experience. The flavour of Grape Galena is truly exceptional and stands out among other strains. The sweetness of the grape flavour is sure to please anyone with a sweet tooth, while the subtle earthy undertone adds a pleasant complexity.
The container we received contained a sample of cannabis from lot number 159009HTDR, which was packaged on September 3, 2022. The product boasts a high THC content of 25.9% and is priced at $39.95 for 3.5 grams. As avid cannabis enthusiasts, we were excited to try this product and see what all the hype was about. After smoking Grape Galena, we were impressed with its effects. The sedating effect was notable, leaving us feeling physically relaxed and calm. However, the mental effects were just as strong, leaving us with a slight fog that made it challenging to focus on anything in particular. This is a great strain for those who are looking for a relaxing experience, as the sedating effects are potent. We caution those who are new or infrequent users to use it with care, as the sedating effects may be overwhelming for some.
