Black Cherry Punch is one of our favourite flowers due to the rich aroma and flavour.
Today we’re looking at a similar strain which is BLK MKT’s Cherry Punch. They describe it as offering a musky, berry aroma with an earthy flavour and a soft and sweet berry finish. It was originally created by crossing Cherry All Kush 47 with the classic Purple Punch.

Smell
Opening the container was a bit of a surprise. We were expecting a notable berry aroma, but once the top came off all we could be smell was a faint earthy citrus aroma… not nearly as powerful as we’re experienced with this strain in the past.
Appearance
Pouring out the contents didn’t disappoint. Theses medium-sized buds have a solid mix of green tones, appear very compact and dense, which contrast nicely with the light-brown hairs. A trichome polish cements the look.
Flavour
Very nice! BLK MKT delivers the expected flavour quite well. There is definitely a distinct berry sweetness that finishes on a slight earthy note. Reminds me almost of a berry lemonade.
Experience
Listed with 28% THC content and a price tag of $48.95 for 3.5 grams, we found Cherry Punch from BLK MKT was something we could enjoy during the day. With an average mild mental fog, it’ll slow you down and keep you relaxed without knocking you out. It falls somewhere in the middle – we’ve had better versions of this cultivar and worse. However given the steep price and less then overpowering high, we prefer BLK MKT’s Pineapple P and their Upside Down Cake strain more then this flower.
