This could be in your own home, outside in nature like a park or cottage, even at a friend’s house. Wherever you happen to choose just make sure you’re relaxed and comfortable. This will help reduce any anxiety you might be feeling and make your experience more enjoyable.
Another good idea is to prepare a nice selection of your favourite snacks – items of different sizes like petite finger food to full meals, multiple hydration options like juice, pop and water, plus a comfy place to zone out.
