The product arrived from Original Stash is the same black plastic bag with zipper opening as previous strains. We tore open the seal which released a moderately strong but unmistakable sweet earthy citrus smell with an undertone of hops. The Lemon Haze genetics are definitely in the driver’s seat.
In terms of size, the buds ranged in size from small to medium with each of the nugs being fluffy which sort of works for its overall appeal. Although they look dense the flower was lighter then expected and had an airy feeling when you squeezed. There were plenty of golden brown hairs throughout which blended easily amongst the light green leaves.
We learned as much as possible by smelling and examining before deciding it was time to spin a nice bat. Almost immediately we noted both inhale and exhale offered a quite similar taste like a soft citrus that reminded us a bit of Country Time’s Lemonade.
Our bag was part of lot number (L) AAA-113875 and packaged on March 16, 2022. Listed as having 22.7% THC with a price tag of $129.95 for 28 grams, we found Original Stash’s OS.Haze delivers a decent high although we expected a little more. We felt a mild sleepy effect around our eyes while also getting a clear near energetic mental focus similar to Station House’s Amnesia Haze. Overall we like Original Stash’s other sativa, Durban Poison, more but this flower provided an uplifting experience so might be worth checking out if that’s your type of smoke.
