7Acres decided on Wappa 49 after looking for the most exotic and fruity profile available.
Described as having a prominent dank and tropical aroma with a similar deep fruit flavour. We reviewed Papaya from 7Acres which was another fruity flower and we thought that one was decent enough for price. Wappa 49 buds are dense, chunky and coated with a thick layer of milky-white trichomes. Plus, this strain is known to produce smooth smoke with the tropical notes even when burned.
Naturally we’re curious how this product compares to competitors like Redecan’s Wappa strain.

Smell
Wappa 49 arrived from 7Acres in the exact same black plastic container as previous strains like their Sensi Star. We popped the lid off and instantly detected an extremely strong lemony citrus aroma with moderately strong hints of pine. There definitely was a dank undertone to this one.
Appearance
The buds were small to medium in size, a little leafy and heavily saturated in fuzzy amber trichomes. According to the container this flower was packaged on December 14, 2021 and no humidity shield was included, however the bud had not dried out and were spongy dense with an olive colour pattern.
Flavour
Although not always the case, this time you taste what you smell. Enjoying the flavour of this flower means appreciating a strong citrusy inhale with an equally strong piney note on exhale. We also found the smoke to be fairly smooth overall (just like 7Acres described).
Experience
Listed with 20% THC content and price tag of $32.95 for 3.5 grams, we found Wappa 49 from 7Acres delivered a moderately strong experience. This included a mild mental mist which slowed down thoughts however the mind was still clear enough to focus. There was also a mild body buzz felt most notably around the eyes. If you’re looking for a dank fruity indica then this one is worth checking out.
