When we heard Bob Marley’s trust started a cannabis brand we were intrigued and hopeful this wasn’t a gimmick to simply cash in on the name.

Smell
With a brand carrying the Marley name, we sincerely hope this bud represents. However with no moisture pack in the container, there was only a faint mild herbal smell with hint of pine.
Appearance
True to its name, it has a very natural outdoor bushy appearance. The fluffy flaky leaflets on the outside find their way to the bottom of the container due to their dryness when the buds roll around in the container. A little shake never hurts.
Flavour
Having a strong flavor is usually a good thing. Except if that flavor is strong black pepper. Harsh on the throat as one might image, it follows this initial overpowering flavor with a curious piney aftertaste.
Experience
Listed as having 23.1% THC content, we found Marley Natural’s Marley Gold strain delivered a strong yet still mellow high that lasted a couple of hours depending on your tolerance level. It was good, but for some reason we just expected more from this sativa.
