BZAM recently brought out the first flower in a new partnership with Dunn Cannabis – the Cake Crasher, currently available in an eighth for $37.99.
The packaging says it’s Wedding Cake crossed with a Wedding Crasher strain. In terms of dominant terpenes, Beta-Caryophyllene (0.92%) leads the way so there should be a spicy taste with a limey hoppy undertone due to Limonene (0.42%), and Alpha-Humulene ( 0.2%). Boasting a high THC % let’s see if the Cake Crasher is something you’d want crashing your guest list.

Smell
The product came in a small black bag with a zipper seal. After opening it up and smelling you get hit with an overpowering sharp but sweet lime scent with a peppery vanilla aftertaste.
Appearance
While the packaging had information on terpenes, it would be nice if they added something on the aroma because neither company has this item listed on their websites. The buds looked amazing, each one was covered in a thick layer of trichomes and was very dense. They had a nice olive green colouring with lots of orange hairs spread throughout. They did not include a humidity pack which is unfortunate, the package states it was packaged on April 14, 2022, has a three-week cure time and bought on June 30, 2022… still nice and fresh.
Flavour
Very mild taste at first but it builds into sweet lime with peppery notes after a little bit. It was consumed through a bong so other methods might yield stronger flavours. The smoke was very smooth and not harsh at all.
Experience
Listed with 25.7% THC content and a price tag of $37.99 for 3.5 grams, Cake Crasher from BZAM x Dunn Cannabis delivered a strong heavy buzz with a pleasant body tingle to match. It also produced a good sense of euphoria. This cultivar is a step up from BZAM’s Nut Butter and would be amazing paired with a night of watching low-key movies with friends and lots of snacks.
