Holy Molé Kush from Melt is a hybrid they created by crossing Mazar Kush with Oaxaca Highland.
Users describe the smell as combining a rich and creamy aroma with a burst of sweet floral flavours including tropical fruit. Melt reports the buds as being dense, bright green and covered in a heavy trichome layer. It will be interesting to see how this compares to Melt’s GMO Cookiez or Melt’s Dragon Cookies.

Smell
The product arrived in a bright cyan-coloured plastic bag with resealable zipper opening. Given the fact total terpenes are listed at 3.31% (learn how terpenes affect your cannabis) we expected a strong aroma and were not disappointed. Once opened, it released a very strong smell akin to a sweet and fruity note.
Appearance
We dumped out the contents and noted the buds were small in size, very dense yet still spongy with a touch of stickiness when you squeeze. There was some excess stem and leaf leftover from the trim but the thick trichome layer draws your attention away from that part.
Flavour
Given the delicious sweet fruity aroma we expected a similar experience when it came to taste, however the flavour profile caught everyone off guard. The sweet fruity note identified by our nostrils was replaced with a sweet earthy note on inhale but a much stronger spicy pepper on exhale. Holy moly is right.
Experience
Listed with 25.0% THC content and a price tag of $39.95 for 3.5 grams we found Melt’s Holy Molé Kush delivered a moderately strong experience. At the time of writing this, we’d not reviewed its parents strains so this was a completely blind experience. We smoked a joint and felt a mild mental calmness that was combined with a moderately strong feeling of physical relaxation. However we still prefer their GMO Cookiez strain just a tad more.
