Indica from Twd offers 28 grams of dried cannabis flower with THC potency ranging between 17 and 23%.
Although the genetic history and specific strain details have been not shared, it’s safe to say nobody is buying this product for those reasons. This one is a pure value buy which costs under a hundred dollars for a 28 gram bag. We recently reviewed Twd.28’s Sativa and thought it was surprisingly good so let’s see how it’s counterpart stacks up in addition to Twd’s other indica – their Garlic Jelly strain which was okay but not great.

Smell
The flower arrived from Twd in a medium sized white plastic bag with resealable zipper opening. We cracked the seal and instantly could smell a fresh musky aroma aroma with very subtle undertone of earthy mustard seeds. There definitely feels like a Kush element to this strain but it’s hard to know for sure.
Appearance
We dumped out the contents and even though they did not include a humidity shield the buds were still remarkably fresh and spongy to the touch. In terms of the size they small to medium size with dark olive leaves and purple highlights. However on the negative side they were quite leafy and some had quite large stems. Visually it’s just okay and reminded us of the so-so appearance of Twd’s Himalayan Kush. Given the fresh nature this bud clogged our grinder extremely well.
Flavour
The flavour profile was very much in unison with the aroma. We rolled up a nice sized joint and pretty much all agreed that when inhaled there was a earthy musk with a very subtle citrus with an earthy musk taste on exhale. Given the budget price point the flavour was nicer then expected.
Experience
Our bag was part of lot number 2200016311 and packaged on April 19, 2022. Listed with 21.8% THC content and a price tag of $99.95 for 28 grams, we found Twd.28’s Indica delivered a decently strong high that felt quite heady with an element of physical relaxation throughout the body. This is a value buy comparable to something like Simple Stash’s Indica or possibly Good Supply’s Grower’s Choice Indica. It won’t knock you out but given the reasonable price, nice flavour and moderately strong high it’s worth checking out especially if you’re hunting around for a low cost indica.
