Today we’re looking at a combo edible from Wana that contains both THC and CBD.
This gummy is suppose to be a citrusy addition to their gummy line, plus they are both gluten-free and vegan friendly, which is nice to see an edible company catering to these types of needs. Ultimately I want to see how these compare to Wyld’s Real Pear Soft Chews.

Smell
When I first opened the bag I detected a tiny burst of a lemony citrus smell, however it did seem to disappear very quickly which was a little disappointing. Delicious but it would be nice if the aroma would stick around a little bit longer.
Appearance
The Wana Japanese Citrus Yuzu arrived in a small pale yellow resealable bag, however I noticed Wana uses the exact same colour packaging for their other gummies which means a mix-up could easily happen. Also the gummies themselves are a pale yellow, square shape and topped with a layer of powdered sugar. Both pieces were roughly the size of a quarter.
Flavour
These gummies had a very interesting flavour profile; it reminded me of a cross between a lemon and a satsuma orange. While each piece is sugared it doesn’t taste overly sweet and provides a nice texture to the gummy. The taste was definitely stronger and better than the smell.
Experience
Given the low dosage, I wasn’t expecting these to be overpowering and that was pretty much what they delivered. Nice tolerant body buzz for a medium or beginner level user due to the 20mg of CBD and only 10mg of THC, it felt like a stronger version of Green Monke’s Orange Passionfruit. The flavour was very prominent and didn’t notice a cannabis aftertaste at all. However if you have a high tolerance then these will likely not be enough.
